MatchVault is a Swiss life sciences recruitment platform operated by Frédéric Hussler, based in Switzerland. Contact: hello@matchvault.ch
We collect the information you provide when creating an account: name, email address, CV, work permit status, languages, career preferences, and notification preferences. For recruiters, we also collect company name, logo, and job postings.
Your data is used to: match candidates to job postings using AI, send email notifications about matches and applications, review and improve our matching over time, and provide recruiter analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your CV and profile data is processed by OpenAI (GPT and embedding models) to generate match scores between candidates and jobs. Career insights in the candidate dashboard are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. These AI providers process your data as sub-processors under data processing agreements; some processing may occur on infrastructure located outside the EEA, subject to appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Match results are stored in our database.
Your account data and CV files are stored in Supabase (EU region). Email delivery is handled by Resend (EU region). Product analytics are handled by PostHog (EU region). We also use the following sub-processors that may process limited data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards: OpenAI and Anthropic (AI matching and insights), n8n (workflow automation that orchestrates the AI matching pipeline), and Google Maps (location autocomplete). Your stored data resides in the EEA; certain processing described above may involve transfers outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the account deletion feature in Settings or contact hello@matchvault.ch.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours, including your CV, match history, and application history.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog (EU region) for product analytics; this includes information linked to your account such as your email, name, and role. No advertising cookies are used. You can request deletion of your analytics data by contacting hello@matchvault.ch.
